This Scope of Work forms part of the agreement between Ledger&Light Bookkeeping and [Company Name].

The following services are included in your monthly package:
• Transaction categorisation
• Bank and payment platform reconciliation
• Monthly bookkeeping updates
• Monthly financial summary (if included)
• VAT preparation and submission (if included)
• Email support for bookkeeping related queries
• Liaison with your accountant as needed - Excluded Services (Available at Additional Cost)
• Historical clean up or catch up bookkeeping
• Payroll
• CIS returns
• Management accounts
• Cashflow forecasting
• Budgeting
• Year end accounts or tax returns
• Urgent or out of scope work
Any additional services will be quoted and agreed before work begins. - Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate bookkeeping, the Client agrees to:
• Provide complete and timely financial information
• Upload receipts and invoices regularly
• Maintain accurate records of business transactions
• Inform Ledger&Light of any changes to business operations
